PatiosOfMadison is operated by Local Knowledge Group LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. We are an independent homeowner resource that provides pricing information, contractor education, and referrals for patio projects in the Madison, WI area. We are not a contractor, a licensed home improvement company, or a general contractor.

Acceptance of terms

The pricing data, cost estimates, and contractor information on this site are provided for informational purposes only. Actual project costs vary based on site conditions, contractor availability, material prices, and other factors outside our control.

Contractor referrals

When you submit a lead form, we may connect you with one contractor from our vetted network. We vet contractors against quality criteria including licensing, insurance, local work history, and responsiveness. However, we do not guarantee the quality, workmanship, timeliness, or conduct of any contractor.

Any contract, agreement, or dispute is strictly between you and the contractor. Local Knowledge Group LLC is not a party to any contractor agreement and bears no liability for the outcome of any project.

We do not accept payment from contractors to rank them higher or favor them over others. Our referrals are based on quality criteria alone.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, engineering, or structural advice. Site-specific conditions — including soil type, drainage, grade, utilities, and local code requirements — vary and must be assessed by a licensed professional.
